This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
4 oz Oat bran
2/3 cup Dry Powdered Milk
2 large or Jumbo Eggs, or equivalent
1 Tbs Baking Powder
1.5 Tsp baking Soda
1 Tbs Cinnamon
1/3 cup Splenda
20 oz Can Crushed Pineapple, UNDRAINED
3 oz Rasins or Currants
Mix altogether and let sit for 20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350
