After 30 days on HOW program: Without rice have 2 cups salad with meal, and (2Tb.fat in dressing,"dinner only").Or have rice, and (1cup salad with lemon,lunch) 1 protein,2-3,cup vegetables,0-1 or grain.
This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
1/2 C chopped mushrooms
1/2 C chopped onions
1 tsp olive oil
4 oz lean hamburger
1/2 C brown rice
8 oz mixed salad greens
2 Tbs sugar free salad dressing
1 Cup beef boullion
garlic salt to taste
salt/pepper to taste
Spray pan with no calorie spray,season burger patty with garlic salt,salt and pepper to taste. Cook burger over med.low flame till done.Remove patty and put in olive oil,low flame,add onions and mushrooms,garlic salt to taste,when lightly browned add burger, boullion juice, and salt and pepper, simmer 5 minutes. Remove all ingredients, and put in instant brown rice,cook in boullion till rice is tender. Meal is ready when rice is done.
This is a good serving for one person, and you can add a side salad to complete your meal, and vegetable servings
