This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.




1/2 cup (120 mL) lowfat soy milk



1/4 cup white miso



1/4 cup (60 mL) brown rice vinegar



1/4 cup onions, chopped



1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped



1 tablespoon fresh tarragon, chopped



1 tablespoon fresh parsley, shopped



1 teaspoon Dijon mustard



1 teaspoon coriander powder

Place all ingredients in Vita-Mix container in order listed. Secure two-part lid. Select VARIABLE, speed #1. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to #10. Then switch to HIGH. Run for 10 to 15 seconds or until smooth. Can be made in a blender or Magic Bullet too. Note: Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours to allow flavor to develop.



Serving Suggestion:		Serve with your favorite salad greens.
