This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
1 whole chicken, quartered
Juice of 1 lemon, 1 tsp lemon rind
2 Tbs balsamic vinegar
1/4 C chopped parsley
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/2 C each diet gingerale and diet pineapple soda
1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 ssp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp each ground cloves and allspice
1 packet artificial sweetener
1/2 C water
Mix soda, lemon juice, vinegar, water, sweetener, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce with clove, all spice and cinnamon. Place chicken in bowl and marinate for 3 hours, turning frequently.
Remove, place in non-stick sprayed roasting pan. Pour marinade over top and sprinkle with parsley and lemon rind. Bake at 325 for one hour and fifteen minutes. Turn chicken after 30 minutes.

1/2 whipped sweet potato, (after first 30 days), 8 oz salad and 8 oz green beans.
