This can be raw or vegetarian...either way it's healthy and delicious...another Fiesta in your mouth!
This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
12 oz romaine lettuce, radishes, tomato, cucumber
1 1/2 Vegetable
4 oz sprouted adzuki beans or canned black beans
1 ear fresh corn or 4 oz frozen (thawed)
Toss everything together in a large bowl...you are ready to go!
The avocado dressing was made to go with this. I like it with 4 oz marinated mushrooms or kim chee for a feeling of something "cooked" with it...and of course....4 oz sweetened yogurt for desert : ) Not on 21 day cleanse...omit the corn for the 1st 30 days.
