This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
1 quarter chicken
3 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp each sage, oregano, parsley flakes
1/4 tsp thyme
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1-2 tsp onion flakes
Place chicken (skin down) on a baking pan, sprayed with non-stick spray. Add 1/2 of the garlic, sprinkle on the oregano, thyme, sage, salt & pepper to taste. After 20 minutes at 375, turn and lower heat to 325. Add 1/2 cup of water and bake for 30 minutes. Mix the remainder of garlic and parsley flakes, onion flakes and lemon juice in a cup. When chicken is ready, add the natural juice from pan into cup with herb sauce and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika.
