This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
Spaghetti, acorn, butternut, buttercup, (any hard squash)
Pre heat oven to 350. Wash squash and leave whole. Poke vent holes in it with a knife. Place in glass baking dish and bake for approximately 1 hour. Test for readyness with your knife (it should go in easily). Let cool. Cut in half, scoop out seeds, put squash in bowl...mix with an electric mixer for butternut, butter cup or acorn...and serve or store...this is great for a quick vegetable for days.
