This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
12 oz bag of stir fry vegetables from the produce dept.
1 1/2 Vegetable
4 oz firm tofu
1 - 3 tsp olive oil
Braggs or Soy sauce
non stick spray, garlic salt
Heat pan sprayed with Pam, add vegetables. Pat dry tofu then measure and cut into approximately 1 inch cubes. Spray cooking vegetables with Braggs or Soy sauce and more Pam as needed. When vegetables are close to the desired doneness, add cubed tofu and spray with Braggs again...when tofu has a brownish look...serve.
This is good on it's own or served on 1/2 C brown rice. Another option is to lower the amount of tofu to 2 oz and have the pumpkin pancake for desert, (after 1 st 30 days).
