This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
2 Carrots, 1 beet grated
3 roma tomatoes diced
juice of 1 lemon
Salt and Pepper
fresh parsley chopped
2 t olive oil
Grate carrots and beets, place in metal or glass bowl. Dice tomatoes, add to bowl. Remove stems from parsley and chop finely, add to bowl. Juice lemon, add spices and oil, mix. Pour mixture over vegetables. Marinade for at least 15 minutes before eating.
Sliced cucumbers and yogurt, (not on 21 day cleanse), sweetened with stevia and cacao for desert.
