This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
4 oz soy burger or 2 oz cooked ground beef
1 oz shredded Mexican or Cheddar cheese
10 oz lettuce and 2 oz tomato
1 1/2 Vegetable
1 oz corn chips (After 1st 30 days)
1 T Mayonaise
1/2 C salsa
1/2 red onion, 1/2 green pepper, 1/2 zucchini
In a small bowl mix the mayo and salsa...this is your dressing. In a microwave safe bowl mix your burger and cheese and melt. In a large bowl add the lettuce and mix in your dressing, with a spoon, "plop" blobs of the burger and cheese throughout the lettuce, add tomatos. You can mix in the corn chips or have them on the side.
Serve with the "oven grilled vegetables" for a hearty addition. See recipe in site
