This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
2 1/2 large tomatoes, 1/2 zucchini
1 Vegetable
8 oz celery, onion, green pepper, sun dried tomatoes
1 Vegetable
ear of corn (after 1st 30 days) cut off the cob
1 Grain
non stick spray
Garlic salt to taste
1 tsp each; tumeric, cumin and curry
2 - 3 tsp chili powder
4 oz sprouted lentils or canned/rinced black beans
1/2 Protein
Saute' diced onions, green pepper and zucchini in non-stick spray and garlic salt. In Vita mix or blender mix celery, sun dried tomatoes, tomatoes and spices until smooth. Remove pan with vegetables from heat add tomato sauce mixture, legumes and raw corn. You can heat to low, (room temp).
Serving
Suggestion:
Ezekiel toast with avocado (maintenence)or 1 tsp oil. Stevia sweetened yogurt for desert : )
