This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
Leeks, cut and pulled into circles
Zucchini, some sliced, some halved
tomato, some sliced, some halved
broccoli florettes chopped
fresh lemon juice or raw apple cider vinegar
2 tsp oil...or more if you can have it
salt, pepper or desired spices to taste
Layer prepared vegetables in a metal, ceramic or stainless steel dish. Mix in a side dish, lemon or ACV, oil and spices, pour on top, toss. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. This will last a couple of days in the refrigerator.
Great side dish to what ever you are having or top with crumbled feta cheese or raw cheese for a meal, (not on 21 day cleanse).
