Alexis and I can't get enough of these, we eat them several times a week. They're great with chicken...or anything that you would have green beans with.
This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
7 oz fresh green beans cleaned, 1 oz red onion
minced garlic, about 1 Tbsp.
salt to taste
Spray pan with non stick spray, heat over med to med high. Add onions first, then green beans, Add the garlic. Spray with non-stick spray to prevent burning, turn occasionally, cook until beans are soft and a little charred. Salt to taste, serve.
Baked chicken, and salad.
