This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
Carrot, brocolli, sweetheart cabbage
1 oz Soya nuts
2 oz Hummus
4 oz Garbanzo beans
Chop up the veggies into chunky cubes, then add the hummus garbanzo beans and let it chill, mix in the soya nuts just before serving to keep them crunchy and voila...a very filling and satisfying salad.
Serve on a bed of green leaf salad (ie:rocket)with a grain of choice.
