This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
1 C Red Lentils (Masoor Dal)
1/2 C Onions
1/ 2 C Tomatoes
1 C Bell Peppers
1 t. Olive Oil
1 C Spinach
Boil the Lentils w/ salt and some garlic. Measure 1cup and set it aside.
Place Onions in olive Oil and Saute. When Onions are transparent add tomatoes along with spices (cumin, turmeric, whatever you like!). Add the lentil and some water about 1/2 a cup, add the bell Peppers. Near the end add the spinach take it off the stove immediately after adding the spinach.
This is a complete meal, healthy and delicious.
