Simple and easy. It tastes as good as it sounds.
This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.

1/4 C oat bran   1 Grain

1 T walnuts (for maintenance)   1 Fat

Bring 1 C of water to a boil in a small sauce pan. Add 1/4 C oat bran, turn to low/simmer. Stir. Cook until thickened...about 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Add sweetener ( Stevia ), cinnimon, banana extract, then nuts. Serve.

Serving Suggestion: This is also good with strawberries and banana added...or just the banana would be good too. To make raw, soak oat bran for 30 minutes....steel cut oats over night.
