Peppers, celery, onion, ground beef, brown rice and tomato sauce. Super Yummy!
This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
1 lb Protein
2-3 chunked bell peppers (your color choice)
1 cup brown rice, uncooked
1 c. Grain
1 c. each chopped onion, celery
1 c. ea Vegetable
1 lg can 100% tomato juice
32 oz Vegetable
Chopped garlic, salt, pepper to your taste
Hot sauce (opt)
Brown your protein with seasoning, add onion, celery and peppers. Allow to saute for 15-20 minutes. Dump into baking dish, mix in dry brown rice and tomato juice. Stir well and bake at 375 for about 1 hr. So yummy!!1
To make a single serving on the side that is pre-measured. 4 oz cooked ground beef, 16 oz or 2 Cups peppers, onion and celery, 2 oz uncooked brown rice and 1/2 C tomato juice, (add water if necessary). 1 protein, 1 grain, 2 veggies.
