A yummy family dinner with little preparation...and lots of leftovers!
This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
2-3 cans (rinced) or 16 oz bag of frozen mixed veggies
1 lb. cooked chicken pieces
16oz. chicken stock
Canned potatoes or 1 lb fresh
Salt,pepper, garlic powder to taste
Super easy one here: Mix chicken and veggies together in pot on the stovetop, add stock and arrowroot powder to thicken. Season to your liking. Slice potatoes or add whole and let mixture simmer on the stovetop for 30-45 minutes to thicken and let everything marry. I add chopped thyme at the end, could also use chopped parsley. Very similar to potpie flavors but still on program! Yum.
For cea how it would have to be pre-measured....this served with a side salad is a healthy, affordable dinner!
