Refreshing drink for breakfast during the first 30 days!
This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
1 C Cantaloupe, diced
1/4 Coriander seed(s), whole
10 Mint leaves, fresh
2 C Water, still-mineral
In a food processor, puree the cantaloupe, coriander and mint until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour the mixture into a fine sieve.
With a ladle, kitchen spoon, or rubber spatula, press as much of the liquid as possible through the sieve and into a large pitcher.
Add the water, stir and serve over ice.
