This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
1/2 C oat bran, (2 servings of oat bran) 1 if on weight loss
2 T cream
1/2 C cottage cheese
cinnamon, stevia, and 2 Tbs s.f. maple syrup, (optional)
Bring to a boil 16 oz of water, add 1/2 C uncooked oat bran, stir, turn heat to med/low until thickened...about 5 minutes. Dice peach while oat bran is cooking. Add stevia and cinnamon to taste, stir in peaches and cottage cheese, transfer to bowl, top with cream and sugar free syrup, enjoy.
This is also good with strawberries or blueberries.
