This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
2 large cans of diced organic tomatoes
1 large can tomato sauce
1 small onion, 3-4 stalks celery, green pepper
1 can black beans, 1 can pinto beans
chili powder, cumin, garlic salt and cracked pepper
1 - 2 C frozen corn kernels
Saute' the onions, celery and green pepper until caramelized. Add the tomatoes, beans, corn and spices, simmer until heated through.
Good with spouted grain bread toasted and smeared with avocado and a little garlic salt, and a tossed salad. No one can tell you you didn't get your veggies in with this dinner! The beans give you a power pack of protein without all of the saturated fat : )
