Yummy! This is so satisfying, try it with onions and zucchini....or any other vegetable you like.
This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
4-8 oz cooked red lentils
1/2 - 1 Protein
1/2 C tomato puree
curry paste, curry powder, tumeric
zucchini and 1/2 onion
Saute' onions in spray oil until partially cooked. Dice zucchini and add to pan and continue sauteing. In a separate bowl, mix tomato puree, spices and curry paste. Add cooked lentils to the onions and zucchini then add the sauce. Heat through and serve.
I had 12 oz steamed asparagus and carrots with it. For desert, fudge brownie ale mode. You can also serve this over brown rice.
