This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
16 oz chick peas and black beans
2 T Raw Tahini
2 T Sesame oil
4 T Raw Cacao
1 C "Stevia in the Raw"
1 t vanilla
1/4 t sea salt
2-3 T water
Drain and rinse the beans, measure into your food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth with the "S" blade. Spray a bread tin/glass pan with spray oil. Spread mixture evenly into pan. Cover with plastic wrap. Chill for about 3 hours before serving. Cut into 1/4's then into bite size pieces....you can drizzle with Walden's 0 calorie chocolate syrup. Enjoy : )
1/2 of the pan is 1 protein, (I usually only eat 1/2 of it as my protein....but have used it for the entire amount....what an amazing treat!) I commit this like hummus, it's made very similarly, (fat and protein).
