Very good and very filling, you can just feel all of the good things this is doing for your body. This is best made with a Vita Mix.
This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
4 oz sprouted Lentils
Large cucumber, 2 tomatoes
8 oz celery, sun-dried tomatoes, diced onion
ear of corn, or 4 oz frozen thawed.
1 T curry powder, 1/2 T tumeric, 1/4 t sea salt
1 T raw honey, (this brings it to 5th or lower)
1 organic lemon
1 clove of garlic
1/2 vegetable boulion cube disolved in 1 C water
Cut tomatoes and cucumber into chunks leaving about 1/4 to 1/2 of a tomato and 3 inches of the cucumber for dicing. Chop the celery, also leaving a few chunks for dicing. Add all ingredients to the Vita Mix also leaving out a small handful of lentils. Blend until well mixed. This will make a couple of huge bowls. Put 1/2 into a serving bowl, top with 1/2 of the diced vegetables, cut 1/2 of the corn off of the cob into the bowl as well. Repeat.
I enjoyed this with the Fudge - Vegan and Abstinent.....I love desert! If on the 1st 30 days or for gluten free you can have it by omitting the corn.
