Perfect for a Daniel fast or 21 day cleanse and so easy! You can make a big pot and take it as you want it....it's also nice to take to work.
This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
3 large cans of diced, organic tomatoes
2 15 oz cans pinto beans, drained and rinced
1 15 oz can of black beans drained and rinced
1 15 oz can of garbanzo beans drained and rinced
1 onion, 1 bunch of celery, 1 green pepper
8 oz frozen corn
chili powder, garlic, cumin, tumeric, (optional)
1 - 2 T coconut oil or olive oil
Dice onion, celery and green pepper. Heat oil in a large pot and saute' vegetables until soft. Add the tomatoes, beans, spices and corn, allow to simmer for at least 15 minutes until serving. This is something that just gets better in the days to come : )
Serve with sprouted grain bread and/or a side salad. If you are just coming off the juicing, eat this alone to allow your digestive system adjustment time : )
