Delicious Jicama Casserole

This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.

1cup or 8oz Jicama   1 Vegetable

1/2 cup onion   1/2 Vegetable

1/2cup canned diced green chilies   1/2 Vegetable

2oz ground beef   1/2 Protein

1oz cheese   1/2 Protein

1tsp or 1TBS (optional)   1 Fat

1-2tsp chili powder

garlic salt to taste

I spray a pan with pam cooking spray and then I add diced jicama and onion and then I fry like I would potatoes. Once brown I add green chilies.I use 1-2 tsp chili powder, garlic salt to taste and 1/2tsp cumin. I place in a baking dish and preheat oven to 350. I use 2 oz of already cooked ground beef and add to mixture and then add the cheese. I bake for 30 minutes. If I eat this for dinner I have one and half cup of the jicama, onion, and green chilies, then I have one and half cup of salad and then I have two TBS dressing. Enjoy this is yummy!!!
