Raw, vegan and sugar/flour free....they are so good! You can also bake or dehydrate these....but they are truly amazing as is.
This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
2 C Oat groats
1/2 C raisins
1 scoop Sun Warrior Vanilla Protein Powder, (or other)
cinnamon to taste, about 1-2 Tbsp.
Put dry oats in a bowl, cover with water and let soak for about 1 hour. Drain excess water, (there won't be much), transfer to food processor, add raisins and run until well mixed...30-45 seconds, add cinnamon and protein powder, run until well mixed. With a tea spoon, scoop desired amount into paper liners, chill.
To make single measured servings, measure 1/4 C oat groats with 1/4 C oat bran, 1/4 C raisins, 1/2 scoop protein powder and cinnamon....and that's an abstinent desert : ) (1 Grain, 1 free oat bran, 1 fruit, 1/2 protein).
