This is a great alternative to the popular "Eggs Benedict".
This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
1 Slice sprouted bread toasted
Broccoli or spinach cooked - 1/2 C
1 T mayo
1/2 t dijon mustard, spray butter, salt, lemon
Mix dressing, (mayo, dijon, 2 sprays butter, salt and a squeeze of lemon). Toast bread, fry the 2 eggs in spray oil and cook the vegetables to your liking. Layer toast, then eggs, veggies then sauce. Warm in the microwave for 20 seconds.
Enjoy with your favorite fruit for a complete breakfast.
