This is a modified version of the popular Ramon noodle oriental salad....without any sugar or starch : )
This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
3 C shredded cabbage
1 C shredded carrots
1 C mung bean sprouts
1/4 - 1/2 C raisins
4 oz soy nuts
1 T Tahini
2 T olive oil, 1 T sesame oil
1 t raw honey or stevia,1 T Apple Cider Vinegar
1 - 2 Braggs/soy sauce
1/2 t ginger, salt and pepper to taste
Wisk dressing ingredients together. In a large bowl add the cabbage, massage the dressing into the cabbage. Add the carrots and bean sprouts, toss. Add the raisins, toss. Top with soy nuts when ready to eat.
This can be used as a single serving by measuring out the desired amount of vegetables, dressing, raisins and soy nuts then mixing together.
*Can be raw by changing the nuts to cashews or sunflower seeds or just leaving them out.
