This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
1/2 Onion, 1/2 green pepper, zucchini, yellow sqsh
Pam cooking spray
Cut onion in 1/3's and peal layers apart laying them on the cookie sheet, cut the green pepper, yellow squash and zucchini in bite size pieces. Spray with Pam and garlic salt. Cook at 425 for 30-40 minutes.
This is great with chicken. I'll stir fry some in a separate pan and just toss it on top...also good with brown rice and the chicken.
