This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
12 - 16 oz. raw cranberries
Large apple cored and peeled
orange plus zest
5 dates pitted
Cinnamon and stevia to taste.
Pit and soak dates...if they are hard...you can skip this if they are soft. Rinse cranberries and add to food processor. Scrub the orange to first take some zest, then peel, separate and add to processor. Core, peel and chop the apple, chop dates, add to food processor. Add cinnamon to taste. (I also added stevia...but I like things really sweet). Blend until it has the consistency you desire. You can serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
This is perfect with your holiday dinner and because it's raw all of the nutrients are in tact. It's great any time though. One cup = 1 serving.
