Raw Hummus
This is good as a "sandwich" filler and a vegetable dip.
 
4 oz sprouted garbanzo beans (chick pea's)   1/2 Protein
clove of garlic, hymilayan sea salt    
2-3 oz water    
1 t cold pressed olive oil or 1 T raw tahinni (optional)   1 Fat
 
  Instructions:  
  Blend in Magic Bullet or food processor until smooth.
