Raw Chili
Heated over low heat to room temperature, this was simply divine.
 
1 1/2 tomatoes skinned   1/2 Vegetable
4 oz diced onion and celery, cubed zucchini and yellow squash   1/2 Vegetable
Ear of corn or 4 oz fresh/frozen   1 Grain
chili powder, garlic clove, sea salt    
2 oz sprouted adzuke beans   1/4 Protein
 
  Instructions:  
  In Magic Bullet blend tomato, garlic, sea salt and chili powder, put in sauce pan over low heat. Once warm add diced and cubed vegetables, corn, then beans...only to take the chill out. Serve. (If you are on the first 30 days just leave the corn out, it's still very good.)  
  Serving Suggestion:  
  I served it with sliced jicama and carrot sticks with 2 Tbs Raw Avocado Dressing for dip, and 6 oz yogurt sweetened with stevia and raw cacao for desert.
