Heat pan with Pam non-stick cooking spray. Start with onion, then mushrooms spraying with Pam, garlic salt and Bragg Liquid Aminos...to taste...add carrots then sugar snap peas and protein. Serve on top of rice or cook rice in with the stir fry.
For desert, 1/2 C yogurt sweetened with Stevia or calorie free sweetener and topped with sugar free syrup. You may also double the amount of protein if you don't care for desert.
