This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
1 tsp butter or coconut oil
16 oz carrots
1/2 tsp sugar substitute
1 TBL grated peeled fresh ginger
1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
2 cups boiling water
1 tsp lemon juice
In 2 quart microwave safe dish melt butter in micro at high for 15 seconds. Stir in carrots, sugar substitute, ginger and water. Micro on high for 20 minutes or until carrots are tender. In blender/food processor puree mixture with the lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
21 Day cleanse use coconut oil and vegetable juice.
