This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
2 Tbs sugar free maple syrup
butter or coconut oil
8 oz parsnips
In microwave safe shallow baking dish combine syrup, mustard, butter, salt and pepper to taste, add the parsnips, toss them to coat well. Microwave parsnips, covered partially, at high for 10 minutes or until tender.
* Use coconut oil for 21 day cleanse.
