Mix it all up in the blender/Vita Mix. This will do your body good!
This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
12 oz celery, carrots and tomato
1 1/2 Vegetable
4 oz red bell pepper diced
2 C filtered water
Himilayan sea salt (2-3 tsp), Black pepper
Italian seasoning to taste
2 t olive oil
1-2 Tbs raw apple cider vinegar or fresh lemon juice
1 tsp stevia
Place diced red bell pepper in the bottom of your serving bowl. Mix water, other vegetables and seasoning in blender or VitaMix until smooth. Optional: Heat on low just to room temperature, pour over red bell pepper, serve.
You can add 1/2 C raw corn or more diced bell peppers in the bowl as well for a more chowder like soup.
