This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
8 oz Black Beans
1 Tbs. Tomato Paste
1 small Onion
1/2 C Brown Rice
2 T sugar free balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp ea chili powder, cumin, cinnamon & oregano
garlic to taste
Sautee onions with diced tomato, garlic, tomato paste (1 tbsp) balsamic vinegar (2 tbsp), and 1/2 teaspoon of each chili powder, cumin, cinnamon, and oregano. Add cooked and drained black beans, heat and serve over brown rice!
