This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
8 oz Lentils
8 oz Spinach
1/2 C Quinoa
1 T apple Cider Vinegar
1 T ea., cumin, curry, cinnamon, garlic, onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
Mix cooked lentils, spinach and quinoa in a pot with 1 cup of water. Add 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp each- cumin, curry powder, cinnamon, garlic powder, onion powder.
Heat through...Salt and pepper to taste!
Double or triple for a family meal.
