This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.

8 oz Red Lentils   1 Protein

8 oz Butternut Squash   1 Vegetable

4 oz Tomato Juice   1/2 Vegetable

4 oz Cooked Pasta/Brown Rice   1 Grain

Bake butternut squash until soft. Cook red lentils according to package (add 1 cup of lentils to 3 cups of boiling water and let boil for 15 minutes). Add squash to lentils and tomato juice, let boil together. Add pasta or other grain if desired!
