This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
4 oz round steak cubed or hamburger crumbled
1/2 C fresh mushrooms or canned drained
1/2 diced onion
oil or cook spray w/little water
1 C. beef boullion to simmer meat in
Garlic powder,salt,black pepper to tate
1 C. green beans,& 1 tsp.pimento mixed together
1/2 C brown rice
Brown mushroom & onions w/ oil or spray & little water on low flame until onions are transparent seasoned with garlic.(Set aside)Add meat to same skillet, cook till brown, drain burger grease,add mushroom mixture and boullion,simmer on very low flame,till boullion is almost absorbed.Simmer green beans & pimento together to serve as side dish
30 days abstinence serve mushroom mixture over meat or add it to green beans and pimento.
After 30 days can serve it with 1/2 c.brown rice.
