Quick & Easy Soup! You can even just cook it all in the microwave!
This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
4 oz White Beans
1 oz Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/2 C Vegetable Juice (V8)
1 C Broccoli Slaw (with Carrots)
1/2 C Carrots & Onions
1/2 C Water (or Chicken Broth)
1 Clove Garlic
Salt, Pepper, Mrs Dash, Italian Seasonings and Garlic & Onion Powder (1/2 tsp each)
1 tsp Olive Oil
Simmer Water, Vegetable Oil & Beans. Saute Garlic & Vegetables in Oil until soft. Add to broth mixture until heated. Top with Cheese.
Pour all ingredients in a bowl & microwave for 2 minutes then top with Cheese.
Add a Side Salad for Dinner or Substitute Cheese for Grilled Sausage!
