Here's proof that God loves us and wants us to stay abstinent!
This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
4 oz soy nut butter, (sugar free)
2 C drained black beans
5 t oil
2 t abstinent vanilla
*3-4 C "Stevia-in-the-Raw", (it measures like sugar)
Preheat oven to 350. Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until it has the consistency of cake batter. Spread evenly into a 9x13 pan sprayed with Pam and bake for 20-30 minutes. Edges will come away from the sides and the knife will come out clean when done.
1/5 of pan equals 1 protein and 1 fat.
*Start with 2 C Stevia in the Raw, especially if you don't like a strong sweet taste.
