These are a great side dish for eggs, salad, what ever you are making for dinner....and it can be made for the entire family and you can just measure out your own serving.
This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
Red potatoes thinly sliced into thin one inch pieces
Spray Pam or other oil
Garlic salt, thyme, oregeno and basil
Preheat oven to 475. Slice potatoes and spread out on cookie sheets. Spray with Pam and toss. Sprinkle with the herbs and spices. Bake for approximately 15 minutes, take out, toss, put back in for 10-15 minutes....depending on how crispy you want them. Enjoy.
4 oz = 1 grain. Delicious with sugar free ketchup.
