This is the easiest way ever to make squash. It works for spaghetti, butternut, butter cup, acorn, all of the winter squashes.
This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.

Heat oven to 350. Wash the outside of the squash. Spray oil in the the bottom of a baking pan just to prevent sticking. Poke holes around the squash, put in oven...you don't even need to wait until it's pre-heated. Bake for about 1 hour, check with a knife if it's done, it should go in easily, if it's not done put it back in for 10-15 minutes and check again. Allow to cool before cutting. Cut in 1/2, scoop out seeds, then scoop in serving bowl or container for future use. If you have spaghetti squash, use a fork to fluff out the squash, it will come out in spaghetti strips.
