Great for the 21 Day Cleanse, as a vegetable ready to go, anyone can eat this! A little time consuming, but so easy.
This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
1/2 cabbage diced/chopped
1 lb or more sliced carrots
onion, green pepper, bunch of celery
asparagus, if it is in season
1-2 large cans of diced tomatoes
1 box of prepared vegetable broth or 4-6 cubes
Saute' the onion, green pepper and celery in a big pot. Add 1 can of tomatoes, then the rest of the vegetables....it will really fill the pot, use the other can of tomatoes....if you wish. Cover the vegetables with the broth and/or water. Bring to a boil, turn down and simmer until vegetables are soft.
1 C = 1 Vegetables. You can add corn, beans, rice, etc to your prepared soup for perfect measurements every time. This is quick and easy after it's prepared.
