Not your every day green salad....add a little spice to your life : )
This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
1/2 cup garbanzo Beans
1 cup green or red onion, red bellpepper, tomato
2oz chicken or turkey
1 cup ir 8 oz roasted crispy green beans
1 tsp toasted sesame seed oil
red pepper flakes
I take one can of garbanzo beans and drain them really really good. I pat them dry with a paper towel to get excess liquid off. I switch up the seasonings but one of my favorites is garlic salt, red pepper flakes. I have used chili powder, Greek seasoning is very good as well. I take a baking dish and line it with foil. I place the seasoned garbonzo beans in a single layer on the sheet and place in the preheated oven at 350 for thirty-forty minutes. I toss approx 15-20 min into it. While in oven I cut up my onion, pepper, and tomatoes and chicken or turkey in a bowl or plate. Once beans are done I measure out my 1/2 cup and place on the dish mix all together and toss with toasted sesame seed oil. It is so good. :)
Omit the poultry for the 21 day cleanse.
