These are so good, not even teen agers can tell that they are sugar free!
This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
1/2 C Fat
Almond Milk, (or milk of your choice)
Cacao or bakers chocolate
Stevia in the Raw
Nut butter, (I used walnuts and processed them)
1 C Fat
Quick oats or Oat bran
3 C Grain
Heat coconut oil, milk and cacao until it melts together, (if using raw cacao, there is no need to boil). Add nut butter, vanilla and oats, stir. Form into balls or flat cookies, chill for about an hour before serving.
This is gluten free if you have gluten free oats.
