This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
2 oz Cooked Beef
4 oz cooked barley (After first 30 days)
8 oz onion, carrot, celery, mushroom & green beans
sugar/flour/starch free boulion cube
1/2 C tomato sauce
saute the chopped onion in heated pan sprayed with Pam, when tender, add 2-3 Cups of water, vegetables, tomato sauce and boulion cube. Bring to a boil turn heat to med/low and simmer until vegetables are tender. Add cooked beef and boulion until heated. Serve.
This is great with an 8 oz green salad and dressing. For desert...1/2 C yogurt sweetened with stevia or no calorie sweetener and topped with 2 T sugar free syrup.
