1/2 Sweet potato   1 Grain

Pam non-stick cooking spray

Pre-heat oven to 400. Slice 1/2 sweet potato length wise...less than 1/4 inch thick...then slice into "fries". Spread evenly on cookie sheet spray with Pam non-stick cooking spray. Bake 10 minutes, turn and salt, bake for an additional 10 minutes. Serve.
